Dave has been great from day one...my wife and I actually contacted Dave after meeting him at his open house and asked him to show us other homes...it was refreshing to work with a real estate agent that didn't have their own agenda. Professional, knowledgable, and accountable are just a few of the qualities that Dave brings to the table. That being said, Dave's "wow" factor as an agent are his numerous stories he has encountered in his real estate career, you should work with him just to hear them! Dave was incredible to work with and I would recommend him to anyone in a heart beat!
