I highly recommend Dave since he did a great job helping us win the contract for our house. There were two other offers the same day and thankfully he had a technique that was able to help us get the house without spending as much as we expected. I can say from experience that there are good realtors and there are bad realtors. We have had both. Thankfully we had a very positive experience with the service Dave provided.

Dave is an amazing Realtor. We found Dave by chance two years ago when we walked into an open house. We were so impressed with his neighborhood knowledge and friendly demeanor we used him to purchase our new home. Being our first home we had numerous questions throughout the process and Dave was always willing to answer anything and consistently provided the detail we needed to understand everything in order to make the right decision for us. When we found out we were relocating out of state, there was not a question in our minds whom we should use to sell our home. Dave's consistent support and negotiation tactics allowed us to sell our home quickly and receive the price we wanted. There was never a moment we questioned whether or not we were in good hands. We cannot recommend using Dave Hansen enough. We are confident that when we return to the area we will be using him to purchase another home.
